Resumen:

El siguiente trabajo está centrado en el proceso de devenir humano individual y social y la necesidad de comprenderlo desde las conceptualizaciones ofrecidas por el pensamiento complejo, capaces de abarcar fenómenos que potencian u obstaculizan cambios en el pensamiento. Se requiere de marcos conceptuales que permitan reformular zonas de investigación y reconfigurar la emergencia de ideas que desafían nuevos horizontes. El interés de esta reflexión es pensar en establecer un abanico de conceptualizaciones complejas para la emergencia de una zona de producción y lectura de fenómenos, que permita la apertura al pensamiento de la complejidad como para abordar la estructura de lo real, en sus relaciones entre el hombre y su entorno. Hay un conocimiento interactivo entre la esfera biológica y la esfera antropo-social, entre el animal y el hombre, entre la naturaleza y la cultura. Allí se encuentra un desafío conceptual y metodológico para la comprensión de los procesos que atañen al individuo y pretenden un cambio en su conciencia, para abarcar la problematización del mundo.

Abstract
This work is focused on the process of the development of the individual and social human being and the need for understanding it from conceptualizations offered by complexthinking, capable of covering phenomena that strengthen or hamper changes in thinking. Conceptual
frameworks that allow the reformulation of research areas and the rearrangement of the emergence of ideas that challenge new horizons are required. The interest of this reflection is to consider establishing a wide range of complex conceptualization for the emergence of a zone of production and reading of a phenomenon, which allows an opening to complex thinking in order to address the structure of the real, in its relations between the man and their environs. There is interactive knowledge between the biological sphere and the anthroposocial sphere, between animal and man, between nature and culture. There lies a conceptual and methodological challenge to the understanding of the processes, which concern the individual and seek a change in their conscience to cover the world questioning.
